About the Job:

Sunlightsol Technologies is hiring an Email & Chat Support Specialist – WordPress with experience to join their team. This is a full-time remote role focused on providing customer and technical support through email and chat. The role involves resolving WordPress-related issues, troubleshooting problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with technical teams for escalations.

Eligibility

• Strong customer support and communication skills are required.

• Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting is required.
