About the Job:
Earthful.me is hiring a Customer Support Executive with experience of 0.5-1+ years to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels, resolving concerns, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Eligibility
• 6 months to 1+ years of experience in customer support.
• Experience in handling customer interactions and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Role and Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries through chat, calls, and email.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
• Ensure timely delivery and manage cancellations or refunds.
• Gather customer feedback and report common issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
• Provide reports on customer trends and issues to management.
